We deliver to most countries around the world. Shipping cost depends on shipping destination. We would like to remind you to pay very close attention to what you are buying and where you are shipping to due to different shipping and customs regulations for different countries.
Ess Cosmetics will not responsible for any shipping and custom fees for customers outside the United Kingdom.
When will I receive my order?
We aim for all domestic orders to be delivered between 3-5 working days with standard delivery
All orders are shipped Monday - Saturday.
Despite our best efforts please note we rely on Royal Mail to deliver your orders to you on time.
Please note public holidays, bank holidays and poor weather conditions can delay delivery.

How do I return or exchange a product?
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any of our products due to health, safety and hygiene thus all sales are final.

My order failed, why have I been debited?
All orders are debited by our payments provider stripe. If the payment fails validation stripe does not give us access to these funds, they automatically reverse the payment back into your bank account. Therefore, payments may appear as a temporary charge as some banks take longer to process this reversal than others. Please contact us if your payment hasn't been reversed after 72 hours.
Why does my order fail validation?
There are many reasons why an order may fail validation. Provided below are the top 3 reasons orders fail validation
- Billing address zip code did not correspond with files provided with bank account
- Insufficient funds in bank account
- Fraudulent activity detected. (i.e. purchasing from an unusual country or ip address)
As all failed orders show up as a temporary charge we advise all customers to be extremely cautious and careful when entering their bank details.
